Realize America Tour 2007
If you want some friendly guidance into the world of meditation in the Midwest this summer, than look for the Realize America tour coming your way. Beginning June 22nd and ending July 8th in Chicago, an energetic group of Sahaja Yoga Meditation practitioners from around the world will launch this annual tour by traveling the Heartland of America offering free meditation demonstrations to the general public with scheduled and impromptu stops in seven states. This dynamic meditation movement, founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, offers the possibility of experiencing what the ancients sages called Self-Realization: a real and tangible connection to your innermost self. It’s a natural stress-reducing process that leads to a healthier, more balanced and joyful lifestyle.
